      10 Remarkable  Judgments of 2015 by the Supreme Court   in India             1.      No compromise in Rape cases [State of MP vs. Madanlal]:  After a couple of High Courts allowed mediation to take place between the Rape Victim and the Accused, the Supreme Court in a strong worded judgment held that in a case of rape or attempt of rape, the conception of compromise under no circumstances can really be thought of. The Supreme Court accordingly ruled out mediation in such cases. Apex Court bench of Justices Dipak Misra and Prafulla C. José Mourinho sacked for the Second time by Chelsea

José Mourinho , 52-year-old has been dismissed with Chelsea 16th in the division and one point above the relegation zone following a dismal run of nine defeats in 16 games. He has been sacked by Chelsea for a second time, just seven months after winning the Premier League. Sources suggests that  José  was called to the training ground at Cobham to a meeting with chairman Bruce Buck and director Eugene Tenenbaum earlier on Thursday afternoon, which lasted no longer than 10 minutes. And at 2pm his second spell as Chelsea manager was brought to an end after 30 months and 136 games, despite delivering his third and the club's fourth Premier League title by an eight-point margin in May.  Once on their way home from college, Swagatam and Vishwas  saw a little boy at a traffic signal reading a book. The little boy stood near the signal while reading alphabets, and after a while started walking into a lane. Intrigued, Swagatam and Vishwas decided to follow him. To their utter dismay, they saw this boy selling garlands. There they were travelling in the luxury of their air-conditioned car, and there, there was this little boy, who would sell garlands, support his family, as well as go to school and study. It was that very moment that these two friends studying in T.Y.B.M.S. from Wilson College decided to do something. Swagatam unwaveringly decided that he wanted to work towards serving society.
